Terms of sale
Last updated: 2 October 2026
Purpose and seller
These terms govern the sale of the paid files offered on the Bridgesheet website. They supplement the website's terms of use. Placing an order means accepting these terms, in the version in force on the day of purchase.
The seller is: Fluctuatech Société par actions simplifiée à associé unique (SASU) au capital de 100 € RCS Paris 103 330 023 — SIRET du siège 103 330 023 00013 EU VAT number: FR03103330023 Registered office: 8 rue Michel-Ange, 75016 Paris, France Email: contact@bridgesheet.com Phone: 06 40 44 19 09
What is sold
Bridgesheet sells digital files, generated from the figures and assumptions you enter: an Excel workbook, a PDF report and a PowerPoint presentation. Nothing is shipped: the files are downloaded from the website.
The offers are as follows: – one model from the catalogue: €49; – the master model: €99; – all paid models in the catalogue, master model included: €149; – the valuation dossier for one company (PDF report, PowerPoint presentation and prefilled Excel model): €290 per company.
Buying a model lets you generate its files as many times as you wish, with no time limit, for as long as the service exists. Buying a valuation dossier gives access to the files for the company concerned for twelve months from payment: during that period you can adjust the assumptions and download again.
There is no subscription: each purchase is paid for once, with no renewal and no further charge.
Free files and the on-screen result are not covered by these terms but by the terms of use.
Prices
Prices are shown in euros and include all taxes, French VAT included. The applicable price is the one displayed when the order is placed. The seller may change its prices at any time; a change does not apply to purchases already paid for.
Order and payment
Payment comes last: you enter your assumptions, you see the result on screen, then you pay when you download the file. Before paying, you tick the box by which you ask for immediate access to the file and waive your right of withdrawal (see “Right of withdrawal”).
Payment is made by card, on the secure payment page of our provider Stripe. The seller never has access to your card details. The amount is charged when the order is placed.
The sale is concluded once payment is confirmed. You then receive a confirmation email, and the invoice is available under “My purchases”.
Delivery and account
Access to the file is immediate once payment is confirmed. The file is downloaded from the model or company page.
An account is created automatically with the email address entered at payment. It brings your purchases and invoices together under “My purchases”. You choose a password to come back to it later.
The figures you enter are not stored on our servers. Your browser keeps them while you pay, so that you find them again when you come back. To generate a new file later, you enter your assumptions again.
Right of withdrawal
If you buy as a consumer, the law in principle gives you fourteen days to withdraw from a purchase made at a distance. This right cannot be exercised for digital content supplied other than on a physical medium once performance has begun before the end of that period, where you have expressly consented to this and acknowledged that you lose that right (article L. 221-28, 13° of the French Consumer Code).
That is the case here: the file is made available to you as soon as you pay. Before paying, you tick a box by which you expressly ask for this immediate access and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. Payment is not possible unless this box is ticked.
This request and this waiver are confirmed to you in writing, in the email confirming your purchase.
Guarantees and faulty files
If a file is faulty (it does not open, a calculation is wrong, it does not match its description), simply write to us at the contact address: we will fix it or refund you.
If you buy as a consumer, you benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content (articles L. 224-25-12 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) for two years from the supply of the file: you may ask for the file to be brought into conformity, free of charge, or failing that for a price reduction or a refund. You also benefit from the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code).

Nature of the service
Bridgesheet files are an automatic estimate, calculated from published accounts and the figures you enter. They are neither a signed expert valuation nor investment advice. The result depends on the assumptions used: it is for you to check them and, for an important decision, to have them reviewed by a qualified professional.
Complaints and mediation
For any complaint, please write to us first: contact@bridgesheet.com.
If you are a consumer and your written complaint has not received a satisfactory answer, you may refer the matter, free of charge and within one year of that complaint, to our consumer mediator: CM2C — Centre de la Médiation de la Consommation de Conciliateurs de Justice 49 rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris, France Phone: 01 89 47 00 14 Email: litiges@cm2c.net Online referral: https://www.cm2c.net/declarer-un-litige.php

These terms are governed by French law. Subject to mandatory consumer protection rules, any dispute that has not been settled amicably falls within the jurisdiction of the competent courts.
