Purpose
These terms govern the use of the Bridgesheet website, published by Fluctuatech, which generates financial models in Excel format from assumptions entered by the user. Using the website means accepting these terms.
Access to the service
The service is free to use, with no registration. Files generated under the free plan carry a "Free version" notice on their cover. Paid plans may be offered later and will then be subject to specific terms.
Nature of the service
Bridgesheet is an aid to financial analysis. The models, previews and files produced are neither investment advice, nor a recommendation, nor a certified valuation. Results depend entirely on the assumptions entered, which remain the sole responsibility of the user. The user must check the formulas, checks and relevance of the results before any use, and consult a qualified professional where appropriate.
Generated files
Users may freely use, modify and share the files they generate, including for professional purposes. The publisher retains its rights over the website, the generation software and the model structures, which may not be reproduced to build a competing service.
Fair use
Users agree not to disrupt the service, in particular through mass automated requests, and not to attempt to access its non-public components.
Availability and liability
The publisher strives to keep the service available and its calculations accurate, as verified by automated tests, but cannot guarantee that it will be free of interruptions or errors. To the extent permitted by law, the publisher shall not be liable for decisions taken on the basis of generated files, nor for indirect damage arising from the use of the service.
Changes and governing law
The publisher may amend these terms; the applicable version is the one published on the website. These terms are governed by French law.
