Method

Each method is a low/high range entered by hand, from 1 to 12 rows. The basis (value per share, equity value or enterprise value) sets the unit and number format. The workbook does not pull results from other models.

For each method, the midpoint is (low + high) / 2 and the spread is high − low. The chart stacks two series: the low end, invisible, then the spread in colour. Each bar label includes its range.

The overall range runs from the smallest low to the largest high. The average midpoint is the simple average of the midpoints. The overlap zone runs from the largest low to the smallest high, and reads "none" if they cross.

An optional reference (offer price, last close) is compared with the average midpoint: premium or discount = reference / average midpoint − 1. Without a reference, the cell shows "n.m.".

Limitation: the chart's axis minimum is set at generation, about 25% below the overall low. It does not follow later edits, so adjust it by hand if a range drops sharply.
